1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the dedicated team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise based on warehouse guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
