1st Shift Warehouse Team Member at Aldi

We are currently looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This position offers up to $22.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay) with an average of 30-35 hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
