Overview
The Account Resolution Portfolio Risk Analyst at GreenState Credit Union is a key position responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, driving strategic initiatives, and supporting key business objectives. The role involves developing and maintaining robust reporting, analytics, metrics, and key performance indicators to enhance business performance and effective risk management.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to Credit Union core values and service standards.
- Provide oversight for problem loans.
- Lead data management, analytics, and business intelligence functions.
- Develop and implement analytical models to assess product performance and financial outcomes.
- Monitor and track vendor performance and adherence to service level agreements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum five years of experience in collections with consumer and/or commercial loans.
- Experience with software and systems such as Microsoft Power BI, R, Python, SQL, and Microsoft Visual Basic.
- Strong statistical and analytical skills with experience leveraging complex datasets.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and statistical analysis software.
Reporting Relationship
This position reports to the Senior Vice President/Account Resolutions.
