Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Administrator to join our amazing team at our Corporate Office in Murrieta. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices, maintaining vendor files, and producing necessary reports to support our accounting operations.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process invoices and resolve discrepancies.
  • Review invoices and check requests for proper documentation and coding.
  • Maintain Excel reports and monthly closing spreadsheets.
  • Manage vendor files and address vendor inquiries and invoice discrepancies.
  • Produce monthly reports and conduct account analysis as needed.
  • Collaborate with the accounting department and perform assigned tasks.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Word, MS Excel, and QuickBooks.
