Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to join our team at the Emergency Department of Northwest Hospital. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring quality service delivery to patients, reflecting our mission and vision while coordinating resources effectively.
Responsibilities
- Take on 24-hour accountability for resource coordination to guarantee top-notch service.
- Implement clinical nursing interventions to modify symptoms effectively.
- Utilize strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient status.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's in Nursing with National Certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field is required.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and CPR/BLS Certification are necessary.
