Join our team as an Associate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to work on diverse pursuits and help clients achieve their strategic goals. As an Associate SDR, you will engage with various stakeholders, exercise judgment, and contribute to our growth.
Responsibilities
- Focus on pipeline development and identifying customer needs.
- Participate in a comprehensive onboarding program and learn sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the team to meet lead generation targets.
- Utilize outbound campaigns and personalized communications to engage prospects.
- Maintain CRM data accuracy for successful outreach strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record in outbound campaigns.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- Knowledge of sales methodology and MS Office suite.
