Branch Manager I

Job Description

We are looking for a Branch Manager I to join Civista Bank. As a Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve branch goals. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategic plans, coaching and training staff, building customer relationships, and promoting the Civista brand within the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual strategic plans to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Provide leadership in team development through coaching and training.
• Hire and manage branch team members in collaboration with regional managers.
• Build and maintain consumer and business relationships while expanding market share.
• Represent Civista Bank in community events and activities.
• Manage branch operations and facilities.
• Open accounts and cross-sell banking products and services.
• Facilitate technology adoption for banking interactions.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership abilities in coaching and staff development.
• 4 years of experience in retail or branch banking.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and sales excellence.
• Strong community engagement skills.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements

• Work involves computer use, concentration, and occasional lifting.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Some travel may be required.
