Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Manager to provide high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Care Manager, you will build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, attend to individual care needs, and enrich residents' lives through various activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
- Communicate changes in residents' conditions and recommend appropriate adjustments.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure residents' safety and well-being.
- Engage residents in life skills and enriching activities, following personalized profiles.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and promote a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a team.
- High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required as per state regulations.
- Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
