Resident Caregiver - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Maintain resident care and well-being according to company standards.
• Assist residents with daily activities such as medication reminders, grooming, and social support.
• Follow care schedules and communicate any concerns with supervisors.
• Promote resident independence, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.

Requirements

• Experience working with the elderly is preferred but not required.
• Effective communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with empathy.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification may be necessary.
