Caregiver Lead

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Caregiver Lead to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Lead Care Manager, you will oversee a group of Care Managers, ensuring quality care is provided to our residents in accordance with individualized Service Plans. This role involves supervisory responsibilities, documentation, meal service support, and fostering a safe and enriching environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory support to Care Managers, including managing attendance, coaching on care services, and documentation review.
• Support personalized resident participation in activities and daily living tasks.
• Assist with meal service and ensure hospitality standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with policies, monitor break schedules, and assist with daily assignments.
• Participate in crossover meetings, administer medications if needed, and support team onboarding.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; certifications may be required based on state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors and strong leadership skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate, delegate tasks, and make decisions in the residents' best interest.
• Competency in organizational skills, problem-solving, and computer applications.
