Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Caregiver Lead to join Sunrise Senior Living. As the Lead Care Manager, you will oversee a team of Care Managers, ensuring the delivery of quality care to our residents with compassion and professionalism. You will play a vital role in supporting daily activities, fostering resident engagement, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory support to Care Managers, managing attendance, and shift coordination.
• Assist in daily living care such as grooming, hygiene, meal service, and resident activity participation.
• Ensure accurate documentation of care provided and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain a safe environment, report incidents, and support conflict resolution within the team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Medication Management Certificate and applicable certifications where required.
• Previous experience in senior care and leadership competencies.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, remain calm in difficult situations, and promote a positive team environment.
