Job Description
We are looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As a CNA, you will work alongside Licensed/Registered Nurses to provide high-quality care to patients/residents by assisting with their activities of daily living (ADLs). You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients/residents and their families receive compassionate care in a respectful and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients/residents with ADLs under the supervision of a nurse.
- Ensure patients/residents receive personalized care that meets their needs.
- Promote a caring and compassionate atmosphere for patients/residents and their families.
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English to ensure patient safety and wellbeing.
- Compassionate and dedicated to providing quality care to patients/residents.
