Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness, all aimed at delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the shopping experience.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide exceptional service
  • Collaborate with team members, communicate clearly, and give feedback to management
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

  • 18 years or older
  • Prompt and courteous customer service skills
  • Efficient cash register operation
  • Ability to operate equipment and maintain cleanliness
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience preferred
