Customer Service Associate

Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service Associate to join Avis Budget Group. This dynamic role involves assisting customers in various aspects of the rental or return process at our airport lots. Successful candidates will provide exceptional customer service while working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with rental and return procedures at the airport.
• Deliver high-quality customer service throughout interactions.
• Operate handheld devices and process loyalty customer rentals.
• Work at exit gates and assist with vehicle check-ins during returns.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and communication.
• Excellent verbal communication abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work different shifts as required.
