Job Title: Dispatch Manager

Salary: $65,000-$85,000 D.O.E.; Salary exempt
Location: Denver, CO
Regular Schedule: Monday – Friday; Day shift
Position Summary: The Dispatch Manager at Orepac Holding Company is responsible for directing the branch’s commercial and local delivery drivers to ensure accurate, efficient, and on-time deliveries. This role requires superior management skills to lead a team and uphold OrePac’s core values.

Key Responsibilities: Managing staffing, scheduling delivery trucks, onboarding drivers, coordinating schedules, ensuring route optimization, maintaining delivery equipment, communicating with customers, ensuring safety compliance, and driving operational efficiency.
Required Skills: Strong communication, leadership, organization, safety, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, lead discussions, and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
Required Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED with 3-5 years of related experience.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk/climb, and operate delivery equipment.
Dress Code: Neat, clean, and appropriate attire required.
