Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Front Desk Supervisor to join the team at Hilton Garden Inn Greenbelt. The ideal candidate should have previous hotel experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk team to ensure efficient operations, exceptional guest service, and overall guest satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in resolving guest inquiries, managing reservations, and supervising daily shift processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with guests.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff on standard operating procedures and guest service.
  • Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Front Desk Representative or Cashier.
  • Proven supervisory experience in a similar setting.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Work Environment

This position may require standing for long periods and occasional lifting up to 40 pounds. Ethical behavior and adherence to Shamin Hotels Code of Ethics are essential. Work hours may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
