Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our store maintains a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain organized displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products and contribute to inventory management
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
