Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain security and confidentiality
- Perform general cleaning duties and follow safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register
- Safely operate equipment and maintain cleanliness standards
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience preferred
