Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure our store provides an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the ALDI team to enhance customer shopping experience.
• Perform cashiering, cleaning, stocking, and merchandise display duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Adhere to company policies, cashier procedures, and ensure data security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Safely operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, able to work independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
