Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store remains organized, clean, and welcoming for our customers. Your responsibilities will include stocking products, cashiering, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers in their shopping experience and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring data security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Physical Demands

Ability to handle merchandise, operate equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations.
• Skilled in using store equipment and following cleaning standards.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with handling and selling alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience also considered.
