Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods team. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and assistance to seniors, fostering meaningful relationships and ensuring their well-being.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with seniors and their families, attending to daily living activities and individual care needs.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, adjusting care levels as needed.
- Engage residents in enriching activities, develop Individualized Service Plans, and ensure safety and compliance.
- Deliver exceptional dining experiences following Sunrise standards.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- High school diploma/GED, with relevant certifications and previous senior care experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and decision-making abilities.
