Kitchen Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a diligent and experienced Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Hornblower - City Experiences. As a key member of the culinary team, you will work closely with the Sous Chef to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and deliver high-quality dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen operations alongside the Sous Chef to uphold quality standards and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
• Participate in inventory management, cost control, and procurement activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of kitchen experience in a high-volume setting.
• Previous experience in kitchen staff management.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
