City Experiences is looking for a skilled Kitchen Cook to join the team at our City Cruises Operation in Norfolk, VA. As a Kitchen Cook, you will work closely with the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage back-of-the-house operations to ensure quality, sanitation, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and supervise kitchen staff to maintain operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with front-of-the-house departments to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Participate in menu planning, food preparation, and cooking activities.
• Adhere to health department regulations and company standards for sanitation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of kitchen experience in a high-volume environment.
• Prior experience in kitchen staff management.
• Formal culinary training or relevant kitchen experience.
• ServSafe Certified.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
