Kitchen Manager

Responsibilities

• Keep kitchens clean, safe, and organized.
• Monitor food quality and kitchen inventory.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff for efficient operations.
• Implement procedures for waste management and food safety.
• Resolve issues that arise in the kitchen.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager.
• Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or Restaurant Management preferred.
• Strong leadership and delegation skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve problems efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Hands-on experience with kitchen equipment.

Compensation

• $50,000-$60,000 yearly salary, plus bonus and benefits.
