Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Lead Care Manager to join our compassionate team. In this role, you will act as the lead for a group of Care Managers, ensuring quality care and services are provided to residents based on their individualized Service Plans. The Lead Care Manager will supervise daily activities, support team members in providing care, and maintain documentation standards, promoting a safe and engaging environment for residents.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Care Manager, you will:

• Provide supervisory support and manage team attendance.
• Assist team members in delivering Activities of Daily Living care.
• Support personalized resident participation in life enrichment programming.
• Ensure accurate documentation of care provided and compliance with policies.
• Participate in onboarding new team members and maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should have:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work with seniors.
• Leadership competencies and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and organizational skills.
