Job Description

Health Systems Management, Inc. (HSM) is currently looking for compassionate, dedicated, and highly motivated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dialysis team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse at HSM, you will provide prescribed medical and dialysis treatment, deliver professional nursing care, act as a Team Lead when required, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide prescribed medical treatment and dialysis care to patients.
• Deliver professional nursing care following the nursing process.
• Act as Team Lead when necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians and the team to achieve high standards of care.
• Ensure a safe patient environment by adhering to safety policies and procedures.
• Requires frequent standing and bending.

Education and Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
• Flexibility in working schedule.
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
• Must pass the Ishihara’s Color Blind Test.
