Job Description
Genesis HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality healthcare services, building meaningful relationships with patients and their families, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide the best patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide efficient nursing care to patients, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and report any changes.
- Contribute to care planning and assessments.
- Supervise and oversee care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
