Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN
Genesis Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care, ensure positive clinical outcomes, and prioritize patient/family satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report condition changes
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
- Current State Board of Nursing LPN licensure or pending licensure
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required
