Job Description

New Western is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent with a minimum of 2 years of experience in or around the residential real estate industry to join our team as an Acquisition Agent. As an Acquisition Agent, you will be responsible for identifying potential properties for acquisition, leveraging your real estate expertise and market knowledge to secure off-market and on-market properties.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess properties for potential acquisition.
• Utilize market trends and data analysis to make informed decisions.
• Negotiate deals with sellers to acquire properties for the company's inventory.
• Collaborate with our in-house marketing team and sales agents to facilitate property sales.
• Participate in New Western University's learning and development programs.

Requirements

• Active Alabama real estate license.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as a 100% commission-based independent contractor.
