Job Description
As the Marketing Manager at PBK Architects, you will play a vital role in managing regional marketing activities by overseeing production assignments, integrating functions with the corporate marketing department, and refining marketing techniques to enhance PBK's strategies. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and other team members to ensure the firm's qualifications are effectively communicated to clients. Your responsibilities will include leading the production of responses to Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), maintaining creative control over marketing materials, and developing firm-wide processes for marketing production. This position requires a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields, 4-7 years of A/E/C industry experience in marketing, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Manage regional marketing workflow and production assignments.
- Integrate functions with the corporate marketing department.
- Refine and improve PBK's marketing techniques and strategies.

Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
- 4-7 years of marketing experience in the A/E/C industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
