Job Description
We are looking for a Mobile Fleet Service Technician to join Deaton Fleet Solutions, a dynamic and family-oriented company. As a Mobile Fleet Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing essential maintenance, DOT inspections, and repairs on semi-truck and trailer systems. Responsibilities
- Perform essential maintenance, DOT inspections, and repairs on fleet vehicles and equipment.
- Keep work areas clean and organized, including recycling, fluid management, and tire storage.
- Complete required forms and input information into the fleet management system.
- Respond to disabled vehicles in the field and perform preventive maintenance.
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnosis of mechanical and electrical issues.
Requirements
- 2+ years of fleet repair experience.
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
- Ability to lift 100+ pounds and basic computer skills.
- Follow instructions accurately and basic reading/writing skills.
