Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Assistant to support our National Services & divisional offices at Aldi. As part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations, communicating essential information, providing administrative support, and maintaining organizational efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Communicate vital information to leadership, peers, and store personnel.
  • Create reports for management decision-making.
  • Process operational customer complaints promptly.
  • Provide administrative support to various levels of management.
  • Order office supplies, uniforms, and store equipment.
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system.
  • Identify and report irregularities within the designated area.
  • Conduct training and cross-training within the responsibility area.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties effectively.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Associate’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
