Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Operations Assistant to support our National Services & divisional offices at Aldi. As part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations, communicating essential information, providing administrative support, and maintaining organizational efficiency. Responsibilities
- Communicate vital information to leadership, peers, and store personnel.
- Create reports for management decision-making.
- Process operational customer complaints promptly.
- Provide administrative support to various levels of management.
- Order office supplies, uniforms, and store equipment.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system.
- Identify and report irregularities within the designated area.
- Conduct training and cross-training within the responsibility area.
- Collaborate with internal and external parties effectively.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Associate’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
