Job Title: Overnight Youth Counselor
Location: Pike, NH
Compensation: Pay Rate up to $18.00/hr plus $1000 Sign-on Bonus
Mount Prospect Academy is seeking Overnight Youth Counselors to join our team in providing a safe and nurturing environment for young individuals. As an Awake Overnight Counselor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and stability of our residents during critical nighttime hours. Responsibilities
- Complete the bedtime routine and prepare students for the day.
- Provide crisis support and supervision to ensure student safety.
- Implement life-relevant programming to engage and support students.
- Document service delivery and incidents accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience working with children.
- Valid driver's license preferred & 21+ years of age.
- Able to work in the United States with satisfactory background checks.
