Job Description

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is seeking a dedicated Regional Community Director, Conventional to oversee operational and financial management of scattered site apartment communities in Pennsylvania. This role requires a motivated individual located in Central Pennsylvania to ensure the attainment of occupancy targets, meeting revenue goals, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Drive leasing efforts and resident retention to achieve occupancy targets.
  • Ensure revenue goals are met to create value for clients.
  • Collaborate with facilities and leadership teams to optimize asset performance.
  • Lead the annual budget process and maintain market knowledge.
  • Prepare owner's reports and financial reviews regularly.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and residents.
  • Implement reputation management strategies via social media.
  • Promote talent development and succession planning within the portfolio.
  • Participate in the hiring process and manage performance evaluations.
  • Contribute to marketing plans and new client pitches.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in a Regional Portfolio Manager role preferred.
  • 3-5 years experience in large multi-family property management (500+ units) required.
  • 5-7 years of people management experience.
  • Proficiency in property management software, particularly Yardi.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Financial aptitude and analytical skills.
  • Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson License preferred.
  • Valid PA driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation required.
