Job Description
We are looking for a Registered Nurse specializing in Behavioral Health to join Campbell County Health in Wyoming. As part of our dynamic team, you will deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, assist physicians during examinations, and ensure patient documentation and treatments are accurately administered.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and document in patient records.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop age-appropriate care plans.
- Evaluate and revise care plans as needed, ensuring progress towards desired outcomes.
- Provide patient and family education regarding health status and care plans.
- Assist healthcare providers with patient care and demonstrate service excellence.
- Participate in hospital committees, maintaining professional standards and safety protocols.
- Support a clean and safe environment, adhering to compliance regulations and hospital policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensure: Wyoming RN license.
- Experience: Experience in behavioral health preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to maintain required certifications and licenses.
- Proficient in patient assessment, care planning, and communication.
- Capable of handling high-stress emergency situations.
- Strong analytical, reasoning, and multitasking skills.
- Computer literate for electronic medical records and office equipment operation.
- Knowledge of developmental stages and patient age-specific care.
