Registered Nurse - RN Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Sanatoga Center in Pottstown. Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise their implementation.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and across shifts.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current RN licensure.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience, with two years in long-term care and one year in a management/supervisory role.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• BSN preferred.
