Responsibilities
- Receive and manage patient admissions and transfers
- Conduct systematic patient assessments
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation
- Interpret diagnostic data and lab results
- Promote quality improvement initiatives
- Respond to emergencies following nursing protocols
- Advocate for patients and provide education and support to families
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and professional image
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in a long-term care facility
- Active RN license and CPR/BLS certification
