Responsibilities
- Attract, hire, develop, and retain top talent.
- Improve the success and selling potential of associates through coaching and training.
- Lead and drive high performance among associates.
- Set clear performance expectations and accountability for all team members.
- Build a loyal customer base through engagement and sales strategies.
- Ensure payroll targets are met by maintaining a selling focus and appropriate sales floor coverage.
- Implement merchandising direction and optimize business initiatives.
- Deliver emotionally engaging customer experiences and support sales strategies.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize results and execute operational activities effectively.
- Maintain policies, procedures, and incorporate safety measures into daily operations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in leading teams in a customer-based sales environment.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales results.
- Strong communication skills and ability to foster a customer-centric selling culture.
- Availability for varied shifts including weekends and peak periods.
- Prior sales management experience is preferred.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
