We are looking for a dedicated Shift Lead to join our team at Jack's Grill/Fat Tomato Pizza Company. As a Shift Lead, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assign tasks to team members based on the positioning chart.
• Optimize kitchen operations by efficiently running the passe and controlling ticket times.
• Monitor and maintain adequate prep levels to avoid shortages.
• Delegate prep and cleaning duties as necessary.
• Ensure proper plating of all food items.
• Coordinate break schedules for team members.
• Support the Shift Lead/General Manager in fostering team morale.
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
• Complete all required checklists and prep lists.
