Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Team Leader to join our team at Store 7171, operated by Jack in the Box. As the first-line operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to consistently deliver an exceptional guest experience. This includes ensuring high-quality food, meeting guest expectations, and maintaining compliance with JIB procedures and standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of JIB experience and be 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotions, or possess at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Applicants should be at least 18 years old and complete Team Leader training classes. In some states, ServSafe certification is required. Effective communication skills are essential, along with basic math proficiency, interpersonal skills, analytical abilities, and organizational skills. Being a self-starter, having computer literacy, integrity, and ethical behavior are also key.
  • Physical Requirements: The role involves standing and walking for a significant portion of the shift, as well as lifting and carrying moderate weights. Excellent listening skills, cash register operation proficiency, and the ability to read video monitors are necessary.
