Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Technician In Charge to join First Student, the leading school transportation provider in North America. As a key member of our team, you will serve the Cleveland, MO School District, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our school bus fleet.

Responsibilities
- Supervise technicians in the shop and maintain service records.
- Schedule and perform school bus fleet maintenance, diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Maintain advanced knowledge of vehicle components for effective maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor shop operational performance and take action to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license required; willingness to obtain CDL while employed.
- 5+ years of automotive or diesel maintenance & repair experience or technical school education.
- Prior experience in a lead technician or managerial role preferred.
- ASE certification participation and possession of a mechanic's tool set.
- Subject to DOT drug testing and physical.
