Responsibilities

  • Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
  • Enforce compliance with employment policies, oversee restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
  • Provide Front of House training and manage employee performance.
  • Control liquor orders and costs, enforce liquor laws, and guidelines.
  • Develop Key Hourly employees, Assistant Managers, and Hourly employees.
  • Review applications, conduct interviews, and hire Front of House staff.
  • Create a fun and safe environment by implementing contests and incentives.
  • Practice safe food handling procedures.
