Position Highlights

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing coverage.
• Provide guidance and supervision to non-professional unit staff.
• Identify educational needs and develop training programs with the Nurse Educator.
• Oversee medication management processes to ensure compliance.
• Participate in direct patient care to maintain clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing.
• Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses.
• Minimum of one year of nurse management experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
