Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Universal Community Banker II to join First Commerce Bank. As a critical member of our team, you will have the opportunity to serve customers, develop relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the branch.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Identify customer needs and develop relationships to meet their financial goals.
- Assist with daily branch operations including cash handling and audits.
- Process various financial transactions and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years bank Teller experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent with cash handling experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in PC skills and office machines operation.
