We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Intern who is a current college student to join our team at Aldi. This internship offers valuable real-world experience where you will learn about our warehouse operations and collaborate with our team to drive excellence.

Responsibilities

• Acquire knowledge from training leaders and understand the importance of building a culture of excellence.
• Learn warehouse operations and work with warehouse staff.
• Assist with training, administrative tasks, and creating a positive work environment.
• Participate in interview events, inventory control, Waste Walks, and problem-solving tasks.
• Prepare presentations on warehouse operations and collaborate with team members.

Requirements

• Current pursuit of Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Positive relationship-building skills and ability to work cooperatively in a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and interpret company policies.
