Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring order fulfillment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to ergonomic and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving products weighing up to 45 pounds.
