Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As an integral part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and assist in inventory counts.
• Cooperate with team members and provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety, ensuring compliance.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, bend, reach, and operate equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
