Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our warehouse, including receiving and organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining a safe and clean workspace. This position offers competitive starting wages of up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour and a range of benefits, including medical insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid leave options.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Handle merchandise according to warehouse guidelines, including sorting, loading, unloading, and relocating.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect and ensure product quality and safety.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
