Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations and maintaining the high standards of our warehouse. Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and contribute to achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 to be employed at Aldi.
• Demonstrated ability to act conscientiously, collaborate with a team, maintain a positive attitude, drive for success, and organize with efficiency.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and safely operate industrial equipment.
