Job Description
We are currently looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse standards, and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Receive and handle incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Prepare shipments and unload incoming deliveries.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory management and communicate effectively with team members.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
- Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
- Perform tasks efficiently and within company policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Basic arithmetic skills for inventory management.
- Flexibility to work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
